Privacy Policy — Ultimate Assembly64 App

infraLeap (“we”, “us”) built the Ultimate Assembly64 App (“the App”) to search the Assembly 64 archive of Commodore 64 productions and run or mount what you find on Ultimate hardware (Ultimate 64, 1541 Ultimate II+L, C64 Ultimate) on your local network.

We designed the App to need no account and to collect no personal data about you. This policy explains the little data the App does handle and who it talks to.

Data we collect

None. The App does not require registration, does not ask for your name, email, or any personal information, and contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party data-collection SDKs. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect any.

Information the App handles on your device

The following stays on your device and is never transmitted to us:

• Search terms and filters you enter (used to perform your search).
• Ultimate devices you have discovered or added on your network — their names and local IP addresses — and an optional device password, stored so you don't re-enter it.
• App preferences, such as whether the advanced-search panel is open.

You can remove this information at any time by deleting the App.

Network connections the App makes

• Assembly 64 archive (hackerswithstyle.se). When you search or download an item, the App sends your search terms and the item you selected to this third-party service to return results and file data. A fixed application identifier is sent with these requests; no personal information about you is included. Your use of that service is subject to its own operators' terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
• Your local network (LAN). To find and control your Ultimate devices, the App looks for them on your local network and communicates directly with the device you select. These connections stay on your own network and are not sent to us.

Purchases

Optional “tips” (in-app purchases) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; the App never sees or stores your payment details. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Children

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
